At CofixRx, LLC (“Cofix”), we stand behind our products and their quality. If you are not satisfied with a product purchase, you may request a refund or replacement of the product. Please note that the Guarantee is only limited to the original, end-user purchaser. The costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase are not included in the 100% guarantee.
How To Obtain a Refund or Replacement:
To submit a Refund or Replacement Request (Guarantee request), please email us at: customerservice@cofixrx.com. Please provide details on where and when you purchased our product. We will review your request. If your request is approved, you will need to mail us the following information: 1) the UPC code from your product; 2) proof of purchase (original receipt); 3) your bottle and remaining product; and 4) your Guarantee approval confirmation number. You must submit your Guarantee request within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you would be responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.
Guarantee Guidelines:
CofixRx reserves the right to verify all information provided and deny guarantee requests at its
discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the CofixRx, LLC 30-Day

The Money Back Guarantee policy is limited to one bottle per customer for a single purchase. Additional purchases by a customer do not qualify for the money back guarantee.
